Earlier this month we hosted over a hundred BMW riders for the first Indian Nations Rally in 19 years. A small but energetic group of club members came together to make this event happen and it was a rousing success. I have a feeling area BMW riders will be talking about it for a long, long time. Thanks to all the volunteers that worked their collective butts off to make this happen. I’d also like to thanks all the vendors who donated door prizes and our sponsor, Bentonville BMW.
The Group Camp at Greenleaf made a wonderful rally site with spacious showers and plenty of wide open spaces. The view from behind the lodge was a constant source of ooohs and ahhhs. Several people commented to me they had never seen anyplace so beautiful in Oklahoma.
I also heard a lot of people saying they would be back- and bring their friends. So if we plan to do this again we better be prepared for twice as many people!
Here are some maps and photos from rally goers we thought were worth sharing.
